By applying to the Lakisha Taylor Affiliate Program, you agree to the following terms:

1. Commission:
   Affiliates earn 20% commission on all sales generated through their unique referral links. Commissions are based on the subtotal (before taxes or processing fees).

2. Cookie Tracking:
   Cookies last for 30 days. If someone purchases within that window after clicking your link, the sale is credited to you.

3. Payout Schedule:
   Payments are made on the 15th of every month via PayPal. Minimum payout threshold is $25. If you do not meet the threshold, earnings roll over to the next month.

4. Promotion Rules:

   • No spamming or misleading claims

   • You may promote through blogs, reels, stories, social posts, and email

   • You may not run paid ads using the Lakisha Taylor brand name

5. Content Usage:
   Approved affiliates will receive access to pre-made promo images, copy, and links via the affiliate portal.

6. Termination:
   We reserve the right to remove affiliates who violate terms or engage in unethical behavior. Final commission decisions are at our discretion.

7. Transparency:
   Disclose your affiliate relationship with proper FTC-compliant language like “This post contains affiliate links” or “I may earn a small commission.”
